The Facts

Born from Agencies

We spent our careers at some of the top research, strategy and advertising agencies, ultimately deciding that the world was ready for a new approach. In setting up Labrador, the first thing we did was avoid big holding company overheads, Aeron chairs, and bloated salaries, passing that value on to our clients.

We also structured ourselves to remove salespeople who notoriously promised the world and then handed off projects to junior staff. This way we take ownership of the work from the very beginning.

Lastly, we created an open door policy for clients where they can come back with questions or ask for advice, even after the project has ended. Because ultimately, we want to build relationships, not just sell work.
